Back to School Night Tables {Science, Math, & Reading}

I love Back to School Night because I get to see all of my student's parents! Not only do I get to showcase the classroom and what we're learning in second grade, I get to see all of the parents sitting at their child's desk and put faces to names!

This year some of the teachers and I decided we'd like to put out a science, math, & reading table to give out helpful information to parents.
The science & math table had a variety of books with, you guessed it, science & math themes.

You can grab the table signs here.

We also put out a list of easy to use apps!
Most of them are either FREE or cheap!

The reading table also looked great! I even grabbed the info that our reading specialist put out!
One of my favs was this packet of Fry words!
You can grab it here. I love me some Curriculum Corner!
  This helpful sheet for learning how to pick a "Just Right" book was also given out.
 This packet of Parent Tips from Reading Rockets also offered more information for parents looking to support the Common Core Reading Standards. Woo Hoo!
